It’s called a “practice” for a reason.

Each time we practice yoga, we learn something new about ourselves. It is the ultimate journey of exploration, without a need to focus on the destination.

I currently offer the follow ways to learn, practice, and be.

  • All-Levels Indoor at Woodmont Borough Hall

    Join me select Mondays this fall and winter for a 60-minute all-levels Hatha Yoga practice.

  • Beach Yoga - Woodmont

    All-levels yoga right on the beach in Woodmont (Milford, CT). Seasonal.

  • Private Yoga

    Private yoga lessons to help you get the most out of your practice: learn to work best with your body; stress relief solutions; learn and workshop new postures; and more. Individual or small group; in-person or online.

  • Prenatal Yoga

    12 weeks? 36 weeks? When expecting, yoga benefits you no matter when you start! Offering private individual, small group, and partner classes: practice and tools to help throughout the remainder of the pregnancy, labor and delivery, and the 4th trimester.

  • SUP Yoga

    Float your yoga! Private individual or small group lessons. Paddle, try some postures, and find meditative head space out on the water. Seasonal.

  • Kids Yoga

    Give kids the tools they need to help them focus, cope with anxiety, create a mind-body connection for better health, move mindfully, and learn to focus - all through PLAY! Individual, group, birthday parties, after school, and more!
