After that we’ll be back to the beach! (If it’s nice out in the spring, classes may move to the beach, or there may be beach classes in addition to indoor classes - stay tuned!)

About the Class:
The yoga I love to teach most is rooted in the Kripalu tradition. This form of Hatha yoga focuses on feeling what and who we are, and meeting ourselves in that place in the moment. In my classes, learn to use ancient techniques rooted in the yoga traditions to help manager modern-day concerns such as stress, overwhelm, repetitive stress in the body, overthinking, poor sleep, self-esteem, resilience, and more. And, we have fun too :)

These classes are open to all levels. One of my specialties is teaching to beginners, so if you have never done yoga before, or it’s been awhile, please do not hesitate to join! If you have any questions or concerns about your ability to practice, please feel free to contact me in advance, or just arrive early for class and we will discuss then. Everyone will benefit from these classes in their own unique way.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins to allow yourself enough time to set up and settle in. Please bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks if you have them, layers of clothing and/or a blanket so you can be warm during our relaxation, some water to drink, and anything else you feel would help you enjoy the class.
